The Star Wars 501st Legion at the Everett Silvertips Hockey Game — 1.22.2017

I had the pleasure of photographing the 501st Legion during their appearance for the Everett Silvertips (WHL) Star Wars hockey night. The 501st Legion is a fan-based organization dedicated to the construction of cinema-accurate Star Wars costumes who make public appearances for social functions and charitable events worldwide. This specific garrison, or local unit, is called Garrison Titan and is based in Washington State. Even though most members are apart of the dark side in costume, they are genuinely a great group of people whose love and excitement for one of the greatest movie series is contagious.
